Stylist FAQs

Yes, Allure Me Beauty is completely free to sign up ready for you to start expanding your business.

To be an Allure Me Beauty Stylist you must be qualified in your area of expertise and have your own valid insurance. This is important as you are responsible for your own bookings and clients.

Once a customer has booked an appointment with you based on your services and availability, you will receive an email to confirm this appointment. Once confirmed, the details of the appointment will then be sent to both you and the customer.

No problem, just make sure that your availability calendar is up to date to avoid this happening often.

Once you have completed your booking, the funds will appear in your nominated bank account or Paypal within 1-3 working days.

Allure Me Beauty has a 3 strike cancellation policy, meaning if you cancel more than 3 times in a row you will be suspended from the platform.

As mentioned, Allure Me Beauty is free to sign up. However, we do take a 15% commission from any accepted bookings so please keep this in mind when setting your prices.

If your customer does not show up for their appointment, you will still be paid the promised amount from your customer as it is a pre-paid service. Please let us know if this happens so that we can get in contact with the customer.

Yes, once you have created your account you are able to select your own services and pricing on your profile. You are also able to edit and update these as well as the rest of your profile.

Yes, contact details will be provided after the booking has been accepted.


Customer FAQs

Once you book your selected your stylist and service, a notification will be received by the stylist to confirm. Once confirmed, the details of the appointment will be sent to both you and the stylist.

Not to worry, you will be refunded the whole amount of the appointment back into your account. Your money is safe with us throughout the whole process.

You can pay for a stylist either with your bank or Paypal account.

Allure Me Beauty has a strict cancelation policy which means that no cancellations are allowed. If you cancel, you will still be liable for the cost of the appointment as it is a pre-paid service.

If the stylist cancels their booking, the cost of the appointment will be returned back to you.

Yes, once your booking has been confirmed you will be given the stylists contact details.

Absolutely. Our platform allows you to select multiple services within your booking..

If you are unhappy with your service then please get in touch with us to investigate further. Make sure that you take photographs so this can be used as evidence against your claim. We will contact the stylist however, it is the sole responsibility of the stylist for their bookings and clients.
